bruh my game crashes when i try to start the blacksmith girl quest, also the game doesn't run after deleting steam api dll and installscript EN

Has anyone encounter a blank screen when going to the options menu? I haven't touched this game for a while. Loading it now, I get a blank screen when trying to go to options.
