Those are koikatsu scenes, they contain the animation data. You can use them if you want to make the same animations with different characters or environments (note that most/all the scenes from this author don't include the characters used in the corresponding video). Download Koikatsu BetterRepack if you are interested, but be ready to lose some time learning how to use it (and around 100GB of disk space when you download all the mods)

Thank you, but 1:43 total length doesn't really say much.

If you look at the other video posts, they typically describe video length in the post text (short, medium, long videos; loops; GIFs), and in the text fields, will usually have some indication of the breakdown of videos - "10-20 second loops with several videos over 2 minutes" or something similar.

1:43 without even a number of videos listed could be thousands of 2 frame GIFs or hundreds of videos under 5 seconds or multiple chapters of a feature-length video.
